booking and payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services. Custom services may require a signed agreement or invoice outlining specific project terms.

Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel consultations or projects due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
